You could get it killed and recall it and see if it comes back without brain damage. Aside from that, items that give recuperation might help, or possibly the Gift of Health global enchantment.
Gift of health only works on living things nowadays. The only way I know of healing inanimate things is an earth bless that I forgot the name of and who no one ever takes except maybe for MA Agartha.

Might be other ways, but I have not discovered them.

It is a hell, really. No way to recup this...

If pret at capital, how i can kill him?

There are ways out:
Get an unit with the healer ability - depends on the nation you're playing.
Get the chalice (Construction 9, Nature 5, Astral 3) and have it be wielded by someone in your cap province - it will heal all afflictions (and attract knights to kill the wielder).

Another way: Get your pretender horrormarked and subsequently killed.
(You would have to decide if this would be worth the hassle, though.)

Healers dont heal lifeless peeps anymore. Does the Chalice? I think it stopped healing undeads already back in Dom4. It worked in Dom 3 though.

No.
But both can be circumvented by getting the reconstruction bless (always something to consider if choosing an inanimate pretender).

Yeah, but taking the reconstruction bless isn't possible retroactive.

So for the OPs problem, no I don't think there is a way.

Outside the horror mark option.
So put some lightless lanterns on the god and hope it gets horror visited soon.

Apparently none of the healer options will work anymore on inanimate beings.
You'd think it would be easier to fix an inanimate unit than a living unit? I mean someone must have built it in the first place? Why cant they repair it? Replace some parts. Check on the wiring?

And "Wish" (Alteration 9) which can kill the pretender in a more clean way.
It's just more expensive and can be a while until someone is up there.
Could it be possible to send it to "the peoples arena" Everyone sent there are given a slave collar that causes feeble mind. But the collar and the feeble mind is removed once you are victorious.

Just have to figure out a way to beat the competition on a chassis that have no attacks.

i'm not sure that multiple horror marking is all that much better than feeble-minded. Is it unteleportable? Try Stygian Paths

Given that magical nonhealing units can be "healed" in a laboratory, that honestly shouldn't be to hard to justify.

And there is the new Corpse Stitcher trait, there really should be one for inanimate beings too. "Golem Fixer"?

Feebleminded leaves you with no magic. So no teleport or Stygian Path.

Golems with slave collars can still cast spells in the deathmatch
