Really? So there is no Cloud saving at all in Dominions 6?
That would be a problem for me.
That is actually a very good idea. Thx mate!
No luck mate, I tried syncing the game between 2 deviced on Gdrive, but did not manage to make it work. I gave up and will ask for a refund. Personally, I have no patience anymore with games that cannot provide basic features like Cloud saving, while they have delivered a part 6 of the game. Thx anyway for your idea!
Thx anyway! I will get the game maybe in the future but only with a big discount. I do not seen the value for the current price.
Yeah, but still, it is important to provide some simplicity for the customer. If its an old engine, it needs to be upgraded to provide support for ppl when they play the game. Anyways, since I am stubborn and really wanted to play the game, I solved the synchronization problem with Google Drive. Will enjoy my game now finally :)
No ill intent meant but I think you are assuming this point.
Cloud saves could also actually just be a folder you point at for syncing files, and a process of a few lines you send to the Steam API whenever the app closes to upload the content of this folder. If I were Steam, I would have done it this way. Which means it would be easy to add it, in that case, to any game which already has save game files.
I hope the developers include cloud saves at some point in the future (unless it has been part of a patch note already and I did not notice it!)
