I killed their pretender inside their dominion late fall of year 4 (turn 56?) but captured their capital the same turn. sure enough 3 turns later the gorgon stayed dead as their capital was now under my control.
however since launching the game with the new 6.01 patch and ending my very first turn the gorgon was revived in their old capital of Pangaea despite no longer owning the province and it being more than 3 turns (this happened on turn 63)
-Edit-
Not sure how much of the following is intended, but on the next turn (turn 64) Pangaea was defeated due to lack of any dominion, i received a message that seems to imply that Pangaea's pretender died along with the nation. Yet their pretender lives on as an independent and continues to siege my fort in the Pangaea province.
-Edit 2-
After one more turn it seems the gorgon was removed and I once again have full control of the province.
Posting this here so it's in the proper place. EA Ermor's (maybe other ages? I don't know how prevelant the ole guy is) Divine Emperor can't be moved out of his capital. Others smarter then me have played around with it and put some clues together.
Every other nation in the game has more troops than in Dominions 5. Its temple-dependent descendants have cheap temples.
Ind does not function right now, because it cannot make enough troops in its capital to keep up with the increased count.
The temple cost is intended, but the troop build rate could indeed be a problem. I'll have a closer look.
(The successor states uses the old temple ruins of Ind, therefore cheaper temples.)
Concerning Ma Xib, forest recruits are still bugged, however Way recruitment is fixed.
Camazotz recruit was removed(?) from caves???
Jungle warriors, Muuch Scout, & Muuch Bacabs still do not appear in cave forests.
In the nation description when you hover over Zotz Warrior (Spear), Zotz warrior (Club) and jungle warrior, they have a string in there name.
Also unsure if this is intended, but for cave terrain it has the icon for forests? Maybe that's intended? Screenshots provided below for context.

There is a tooltip icon that he should have 15 patrol bonus - but in the precision screen it's 2.2.
Its also a 2 on the main screen (new icon in the bottom right).
So i think its a bug with this hero.
Thanks
Specific example: I have an air 1 mage set to auto-search, and he's avoiding going to a province searched for air by the previous owner (it has a rarity 1 air site to confirm.)
It's certainly optimal behaviour, but maybe not intended.
I also had the Skysplit Oak site generating event occur in a cave.
