Online play?
I seem to recall the 5th game being LAN multiplayer only, or am I crazy? How about this one?

5th had direct IP and email-based multiplayer. This one will have a lobby system.

Does that mean it works with steam invite ect?

I don't think it's integrated into steam. The lobby is integrated into the game though.

Can't say anything about your mental state but even the 4th game had regular multiplayer.
