Here's an image comparison:

And a video showing how moving the camera CONSTANTLY streams the landscape texture in/out even though i have over 20 gigabytes of VRAM on a 4090 and the game texture cache size is set to max.

If this issue is resolved, likely same fix could be applied to Dragons Dogma 2.

Just to reaffirm this post. I'm having the same issues on a 4090. Everything set to max, terrain textures appear low res, almost taking on the appearance of not loading in, only to pop into high res around the character.
I've tried running with DLSS on/off and adjusted most settings to no avail.

The demo worked flawlessly
edit: Fixed it by reinstalling steam happy gaming everybody
edit: for the record, not streaming to discord or running anything else at all.

What's strange is that this never happened once during the demo
No other game did this to my hardware.
I can play alan wake 2 with everything maxed, but kunitsugame kills my pc?
