Report a translation problem
Then it went back to the login screen after creating my account, and now it won't let me log in.
Nor will it send me my login (stupid but thought I would try), nor will it accept me resetting the password, it says login or password is wrong. I have credentials I use for games, and I entered them correctly.
And yet, can't log in, can't reset, doesn't send me emails. Screw it. I spent over a half hour trying to register/login and it's broke.
So, if you want a refund, go through steam support and ABOVE ALL ELSE be polite. Steam policy needs to be update when it comes to this kind of stuff, but I get the inkling the staff understands and sympathizes with you in thise case.
To be certain, Eugen is on my do not buy list since I had the same issues you are having. They can't even model half of their units correctly.
Reinstalling the game won't help.
I wouldn't give up on this game because it is (despite what I heared on these forums before I purchased it) an excellent strategy game.
Most likely, your firewall/antivirus is blocking the game .. disable them and retry.

If they don't help within a reasonable time talk to steam support about the issue. I got a game refunded because the dev outright refused to talk to me, but you need to show em that you tried to get it to work.
