changing email or unlinking of product number to account?
Hello Steam Community,

This is apperently my first forum post. I figured I might as well use this as a good reason to start one.

My questions here are:

1. Can you change your account email in WG: RD? (Like, in-game, or what?)

2. Can I contact directly the Wargame staff/developers? I can't find any way to contact them!

3. Can you unlink the product code from your current account? I wanna make a new one, with my new primary email, but my license is used for my old account (current), and I can't buy the game again, or another license. :(

4. Can Steam support help me out with such issues?

Thats all I can think of. I would love all the help I can get!


The point is, that I want to either, change my current email on that account, or make a new one, with a new or same CD key.

Either one is fine. thats my issue in a nutshell.

1. Mail to eugsupport[at]eugen.fr - they deal with account issues.
2. Yes, on the official forum (www.wargame-ee.com/forum) - the guys who have a red username are the devs .. you can e.g. send a private message to [Eug]MadMat or post there .. devs are reading along.

Wait tho, my email on my current steam account is different than my Wargame email. will they change my email in Wargame, or do I need to send them a massage from my old account? My ol one is deleted, kapoot, gone. No acess. Will they still change it, even tho its comming from a different email? I will give them any info they need.

I don't know the exact procedure, I'd just e-mail them and explain your problem. They will inform you about how it'll go on.

If they don't respond within one week, please bump this thread .. I'll point them to it, then.
