Is there a way to display a unit's visual radius?
One thing I really struggle with in this game is the fact that there is no obvious way to see how far a unit can see. There is no graphic for 'fog of war' so enemy units just pop seemingly out of nowhere.

I know World in Conflict had hotkeys that displayed both the unit's visual range and also its weapons range/lines of sight. This was really useful in positioning a unit (inching it a bit forward when parked on a ridge to make sure it could see stuff in front of it, or scooting it over a few meters so your tanks crosshairs aren't looking at a tree trunk the entire time)

Since recon is so critical in this game, I wish there was a way to make it easier to know how far I can see. Optics is just a rather abstract description; much like how your units flash when they are 'hidden' from enemy sight, I wish trees and buildings/etc would faintly pulse or something to indicate you have a unit that can potentially see in these areas.

nope, the ambiguity is a deliberate design decision.
