Anybody else noticed Rasha's stealth T80U's

is that truly a thing?
a while back i played a match against AI in which i lost 2 Le'clerc and 2 Leopards to a T80 that was never spoted or at least i never saw it
just now i played one where i also lost a few units to a T80U i only saw when it "1 shot" those units including a unit of Fernspäher, which got killed form like 10 meters away and only that made the tank visible
i lost a huey too at that short range
when i moved a rec PAH 2 close to it maybe a hundred meters it still didn't get revealed, the match ended so i couldn't move them right on top
but that is quite redicolously stealthy
is that a bug or a feature?

there is not a certain thing that enemy unit spotted when shooting , we should put some recon units cover the vision to increase the possibility ( in a great improvement but not 100%) to find them. this may a feature or a bug , it occurs to me often.

i moved the Fernspäher (really good german deck recon unit with best "class optics" in game) gradually towards it because i thought there would be something in that area, they only saw the tank sitting on a road when it shot at them from 10 meters away...
then i moved the PAH 2 towards it also slowly with clear line of sight along that road (no obstructions) and it couldn't see the tank from even 100 meters distance, i couldn't get closer at that point because i already ordered 2 arties to fire at the spot and the game ended before i could move the recon PAH 2 with more french Tigers and another PAH 2 right behind it closer
that tank should have been spoted even without shoting it's an MBT in the middle of a road really close to some of the best recon units in the game, still invisible

let me guess the "U" in T 80 U stands for undetectable
