CD-Key already in use

Hey folks! I used to play this game in 2018-19 on multiplayer without any issues.

Recently felt nostalgic (If you can call 6 years nostalgia) and wanted to play multiplayer again. Using the same credentials I used to use, it's telling me I didn't have a CD key on that login? Then I try to create another account with the CD key steam has, and it says already in use.

Any known fixes for this? Already emailed support, they haven't gotten back quite yet.

Support for the game is dead. It appears login recovery stopped working. Also Eugen main site is throwing a lot of JavaScript errors and in general is not working so can't really get help there.
