What R & R does?
Does it make soldiers come to life? (im playing on both red dragon and airland battle so if the system is diffrent make sure to tell me haha)

It restores their "unit morale" (different from individual unit morale during battle), which influences how many points you start the battle with IIRC

the necromancer in this game is OP, he made my polish army actually win something

In the SP Campaigns, certain provinces you control will give your depleted units the "Refit" option, followed by a point cost (for example, "Refit (3)". That means that, while in that province, your units can spend that points number to return to full strength.

Naval units can only refit in Harbor provinces (with the Anchor icon). Aircraft can only refit at Airfields (Airplane Icon). Ground units can refit at any re-inforcement province (If I eRmember Correctly).

Also keep in mind that ordering a unit to "Refit" will take up that unit's turn, no matter how many Move Points it may have.
