Need Advice on Campaign Map Mechanics
I've played through WALB's campaigns and understand the general idea of the strategic map in Wargame campaigns.

I've even played through Busan (the first RD campaign) and now find myself on Day 5 of Dragon vs Bear, and i'm STILL confused by aspects of this new system :<. Hoping anybody can help with the following:

1) What does it mean when a pawn is flashing? That they are able to be moved? That they already have moved? That they have initiative points left?

2) How do I know what order I've already given to a unit? In WALB, there would be a little yellow fuel can below units on R&R, etc. Here I give an order and then nothing appears.

3) What is required to Assign an aircraft squadron to a new airfield? I have a unit of North Korean MiG-21s (F7s) that I'm trying to forward deploy to a newly captured airfield north of Vladivostock. Despite my air group having full initiative available, when I click and select the Assign button, it won't let me select the territory with the new airfield (red crossed circle). I really need these fighters moved up to support the push up the coast.

4) How do I finish off an enemy battlegroup once they rout? In WALB, if I moved a friendly unit into a routed unit's territory, they were destroyed if there were no friendlies to protect them. Here, the AI seems to always be able to retreat one more territory away, making it seem impossible to finish off a vulnerable formation by overrunning it. I'm asking because I've whittled down the Soviet force in Vladivostock to their 2S7s, Buk and other support weapons. I'm trying to destroy that rump force before it can link up with infantry and armor and become a really deadly support system again.

Did I miss a Strategy Guide to the Campaign like WALB had?

1)When a pawn is flashing, they have initiative points left.
2)After you give an order, the unit's initiative points become fewer. You can give another order right away if the unit has initiative points left.
3)After you move the aircraft squadron to a new airfield, two initiative points are required to assign it to this airfield.
4)You can use a helicopter squadron to finish off a routed enemy, because they can fly one more territory.
