Report a translation problem
Everything is hardcoded when it comes to changing the way units look and we have no idea what was used to make units.
Like he said, it was due to the game's release as a console exclusive. Limiting the scale made up for the problems inherent to the control scheme.
And I know it can't be done, but for fun, here's my unit list for the UNSC.
Some Clarifications:
Items with a dash indent are transports for the infantry unit above them.
