There is nothing like that. Either estimate it or have a unit go there and use attack pos

I don't think so.

for me it will be useful :) and get new strategik and taktik options for planing my operations

Eugen does not care. That would do nothing because every unit has a built in rangefinder with the Attack Pos thing. Otherwise, just estimate. There won't be anything like that, ever.

attack pos thing only show distance for one weapon but if i need to know other distances what i must to do ? or if i dont get this unit to check distance ? first i whant to know distance for some position and then order unit... .. for this situation i think thaths thing (distance meter) will be greate..

No, it shows the maximum range the unit itself can engage at. Take a Infantry Squad with Assault rifles, an AT launcher and a Machine Gun.
The AT Launcher will most commonly have the longest max range of all the weapons, say 850m. If you turn that AT Launcher off, it will show you the next higher one, for example a [STAT] Machine Gun with a range of 750m. If you turn that off, you will see the AR max range, for example 600m.

Do you want me to answer that?
Do you honestly believe, Eugen will implement such a "feature"? I still don't really know, what purpose that should have, if it hase one. If you want to know the range, Attack Pos. Period.

Nobody is asking you to implement it. You don't have to defend its nonexistence.

What if, for example, I want to know how far some concealment is from a road that I think the enemy might use, so I know whether or not it's worth my time sending recon there? What if I want to know distances while deploying my units?

This is a game where distances rule everything, and there is simply no way to tell the distance between two arbitrary points on the map. Any real-life commander at any level has that ability.

Pyrophosphate !!! thats true !!! for one more example: when i whant to order artylery suport i need to know for which task i will use them and thats will be greate if i know shoting distance ..

and one more problem for example some units dont have atack pos buttons !!!!!

and one more situation .. AA dont have atack pos but i whant to know working range distance...

I agree that should be tool or at last scale. I just started a game and it is very very difficul on start. I just moved units in first scenario etx and battle started. I want to put some any air units to be relatively secured but cen support my inflantry against air attacks. Then it is very importand to know range when delpoying. I dont have clue what scale of map i see...
