I have one:

You use recon to spot a CV, and call out an ATACMS to make it disappear

There are basically 2 mantras for CVs.

Don't put them in the open and dont put them somewhere that is easily guessed. Follow those guidelines and you should be good.

This. Putting them in the only small patch of trees is a sure fire way to get them sniped by cluster bombs or artillery

There are situations where leaving them in the open is a viable strategy though, as all available hiding places are obvious. Like in the sector by the water in Ppaddy Field, or the middle sector in Mud Fight. Just be sure the enemy doesn't have recon nearby.
