Game won't launch, help please [SOLVED]

Unfortunately when I click on the play icon in my steam library, the game won't simply launch. Nothing happens after I click the play button except Steam changes my status to playing then back to online. Even after a re-install + verify game cache, the game refuses to launch. Any help ?

NOTE: This game has worked for me before with a solid 23 hours put in and my computer can safely handle the game on max settings.

Solved solution (this worked for me): Please download and install: Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/confirmation.aspx?id=30679

Can you please go to Steam\SteamApps\common\Wargame Red Dragon and launch the game via the wargame3.exe - what error message do you get?

Same problem, same missing file even though I tried the file suggested here.
Not sure its just the game, might be steam because I can#t start anything lately and they are all missing dll files even after reinstallation

Im having the same problem, as many times as I try and run the game it does nothing, only recently experienced this problem in the last 1-2 weeks

Get the message "Program cannot start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer " I have verified the game cache, downloaded http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/confirmation.aspx?id=30679 the c++ visual any help would be appreciated, also uninstalled and reinstalled the game

Same here. Reinstalled C++ and deleted the options file. Still not working.

I have the same problem with this and other games. When running the exe directly, I get the MSVCP110.dll is missing message and that's it. Reinstalling Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 trick doesn't fix the problem. This has been going on for about a year now.
