Yup, with it's small turning circle and loads of weapons it's great for cutting down droves of vehicles, but in the same circumstances ATGM gunships will do the same thing. It basically has no role, and the Su-27m is a nice multirole, but certainly not an aircraft that should be depended on. It is the plane you take in addition to your primary ATGM aircraft.
Mig27 became useles after it's gun was nerfed in the recent patch
Su27m - is cool but 200 points for atgm plane which you get 1 per card is an overkill in most cases. It's worth taking in 1v1 and 2v2 maybe where your opponents don't have strong AA usually but in bigger games (3v3, 4v4) where there are much more AA and enemy fighters it's too risky investment.
Su25t (you get 2 per cards at least) requires very good skill to be used properly. It can deal a lot of damage but you should know how to use it and you should cover it from enemy fighters with your own fighters. So again in most cases basic su25 for 110/140 points will be enough to do the job.
Even if your opponent is bad enough at the game that bringing the SU-25T becomes a safe choice, the Su-25T is still not efficient because has to loiter for a very long time and shoot at lots of ground targets for it to be worth the investment.
Su-27M has good agility, ECM and very long range on its missiles so it can safely attack even in high threat environments, as long as it is kept not too close to the front lines.
EDIT: I agree though that it is often overkill.
