What nations have good air forces?

Air support is the funnest thing in this game IMO, so I want to use it as much as possible. Who should I use?

USA of course, but the downside is that thez are garbage on anything else.

They basically are good at everything, but don't outshine other nations completely. They have downsides like their infantry can't really take on MBT's by themselves. Can't tell you how many times i've gotten annoyed and tried pushing a single 160+ point tank with a horde of marines. It never really worked well. But they still died

Plenty of other things, but easily overcome if your good with strategy and micro'ing. But yeah, the US, and USSR have good air power & ground forces. Other nations have very good planes, but the downsides from their other planes and ground units really make them unappealing to a lot of people.

If you play with the USA, use the A-10A for tank busting, F-117 for infantry and the F-15C for air, you might need a good SEAD, don't use F-14s because they are literally garbage and miss 9/10.

USSR has good Su-27 combo and the SU-24M is a good carpet bomber.

Smaller nations also have good planes like the finnish meme-mig or the F-111 Aardvak wich has 4, 1000 bombs.

every coalition has good airforces. as long as you chose a coalition your air will be good.

Nope, both Eurocorps and Blue Dragon have very underwhelming airforce.

The Eastern Block and Russia are my favorite and Israel is very strong as well which it needs to be since its support units are rather underwhelming.

The USA is expensive and all the planes I like you only get 1 of em.

I dunno, i have upvet Rafale, upvet KWS, Jaguar, Etendard and Mirage 5, it does its job pretty good. Yes, you don't get F&F AGMs, but Etendard does hit, and it hits hard.

Well I see you have stated 'nations'.

So therefore I will suggest individuality rather than coalitions.

Obviously For Redfor CCCP has the best Air force due to variation and specificity of many planes. Likewise the same can be said with the USA on Bluefor side.

I mean if we talk about purely by how good the aircraft is, the US has some of the best. Like many others said here, I'll add in the Raven for SEAD. But alot of the better US aircraft have very limited availability. We're talking 1 Night Hawk, 1 Raven or 1 F-15E Strike Eagle.

Still the US has other aircraft that, although has less performance than it's top end variety, can still perform. F-18 Hornets, or the Prowler with it's SEAD missles. And usually the slightly lower end aircraft are cheaper and in better availability. It's up to you to find a balance there.

Really Air tabs is easy to follow and most Nations have gotten better over time. For Blufor i would say Norad Airborne for the mass use of F-18's to do bombing and Heavy Armor attack. Now Redfor used to have one that was Ussr and North Korea which was amazing for Air but these days i been sticking with Eastern Block for the Mig's these days. I like having four elite Mig 29 ASF

USA and USSR obviously. Others basically use their planes with some exception.

USA and USSR have best selection of high-end equipment in all areas.
