There's no way you can obtain more campaigns in single player

There will be no official single-player additions to Red Dragon, it being a 7-year-old game that has completed development (aside from the upcoming nation pack).

However, there are a few mods that replace/change the current campaigns in Red Dragon:
Great Scandanavian War and Adriatic Islands Campaign

The first link has outdated install instructions, but you should be able to make it work by extracting the files into the locations specified in the second link.

Unless I'm blind, the sencond link uses an installer instead of just copying files over so idk how to make the scandinavian mod work.

I made update to scandinavian mod so it should work now with copy/paste method
