New Campaigns
With the entrance of The South African pack, and Eugen supporting it again. Could we please get a dynamic campaign for this game. I would love to be able to play again like in Airland Battle, but defending America.

I made a long post about wanting new campaigns/better ones years ago. I just saw the update for S.Africa and your post confirms what I was curious about. If I remember correctly, a Eugen dev at the time responded on my thread and openly said they do not feel campaigns are even remotely worth prioritizing and said they'd likely never focus attention into that. Which is unfortunate, cause in my opinion there is immense potential for a really strong solo player campaign that combines Grand strategy elements and the rts.

That was 5 years ago and it appears nothing has changed in that regard, which is a bummer.

completely agree, Hong Kong defence as commonwealth special forces and Soviet airborne and marine units in Japan were amazing. But airland or even first game campaigns were quite interesting actually.

At least please please please please improve the AI, thats all i ask, not everyone likes to play MP, I love this game but really not an MP person

Ooooorrr....give us the workshop. Look at how many older games got a boom in new sales thanks to new mods.

We just need modding tools to produce our own campaigns, the community will take care of the rest.

Love that how they think that single player campaigns aren't worth it when you people asking for it all the time, and hell yeah I agree please give us the work shop because it looks like the mod community would be where its at since all they seem to care about is adding nations. If they're so hell bent on making just a multiplayer game, do it and see how the fan base will drop off. Multiplayer can be fun but I love defending SK or forcing the Russians out of Norway and Sweden.

Having a proper avenue to mod game is better than what we have now.
Also, it would be easier to prevent forms of cheating if Mods stayed Mods. I remember the days when cheats were not mitigated at all. Server maintainers just had to ban people. Or even run their own scripts to check for them.

actually thats where your wrong bucko, The Second Korean War is a free DLC, so if they did it once they can do it again.
