Cross-platform Steam branch
We have uploaded the (now obsolete) PC version 64564 on a separate Steam branch.
PC players can access it by right-clicking on WRD in your Steam Library --> "Properties" --> "Beta" tab --> open the beta menu and select "cross_platform_64564" version

It will rollback your version to 64564, allowing you to play with friends on Mac & Linux (but not with "updated" PC version anymore).

To return to the up-to-date PC version, same process but select the NONe (or NO) VERSION in the selection menu.

we need NEW DLC and OPEN WORKSHOP.PLEASE !

Thanks! We will give it a try! @PanikWolf I believe only the windows OS players need to make that change so they can play with MAC users. MAC OS users do not do the rollback.

Are there any plans to enable cross-platform play available using the latest version (like even newer version)?

Rolling back is an additional effort by windows using players which won't be massive.

And judging by what I see in-game there are no games I can play using Linux... and this really really really breaks the game for me. :(

i cannot understand your silly update. there are so few players.and you did have em leave.

YOU HAVE TO MAKE CROSS-PLATFORM-VERSION AS LATEST VERSION.

Thank you for allowing the rollback. While I'm still disappointed about the dropped support, I'll be able to play with my dad again.

Im Hoping they do this too the main reason I enjoyed this game was just the massive scale and feel that you could get out of 10v10 there is really no other games out there like this and I really love it I just want to be able to join the larger servers and play with other players again
