The problem with Bear vs Dragon is that you will often have low tier spammy units, while enemy ai gets 1980+ tanks/planes with huge resource bonus (since ai is spammy) so it's not the easiest campaign imo
you just attack krawtsowka with that infantry divsion, its an automatic win, you have 20-30 infantry transport vehicles, those deal with everything driving to you;
if you want to do it fine, kill the command vehicles with recon helo + planes, but thats very very hard. (you will get some, but not all before battle is over)
next is sea:
I conquer the 2 souvremitys with the 1 existing and 1 additional korean beach group, which has ships, but also can fight land, so you spend your first 10 points on 2 purposes, not only sea which stays idle while you fail on land otherwise.
with the 2 korean infantry landing troops and the 1 start marine and the planes, I first wait for the planes and place my 10 shanghais in front of my ludas, which in a good case kill 2 planes per time you have to defend; you will loose or or 2 ludas to missiles, cause you have bad ciws; I then escape and save up some moskits to kill the nanushkas, and im not afraid to kill a souvremity that is then isolated with my 10 shanghais, the last ludas and some moskits (with muna refreshing) , I need 2 battles for this approach, because I win after the first sourvremity.
If you want both, you need 1 or better both naval reinforcements, which is better to do than not to do;( if you have full reinforcements, you just rush the fleet with cannons and no losses; with 6-8 ludas you have good ciws, given you have cared for the planes.), to get wladiwostoc attackable in round 2 or 3 (also doable in round 1 with just the inf division; its doable), which you ideally attack with koreans and your chineese land troops at the same time. the koreans have enough tanks for this, the slow tanks from xinxing can attack dongning, but again your 1 infantry division from krawtsowka can get a victory to the mass t34 tanks IF you care for the planes, and keep your troops split up so the bombers dont catch you at one place;
you have the 30 start points, and it increases each round by the number of zones you control, which have a 5 or 10 next to the sector name; so you get better increase if you conquer marinesector bravo (5) a day earlier, with having both additional fleets on sea, than using few troops but dont get the sector in 1 fight. (be careful to use the full fleet in the sector, due to travel points they only fight with half the sector sometimes)
also caputer dongning fast, its almost an instant win. now you have 10 additional political points each day that passes, and can buy troops from the deploy menu.
you cannot factory more divisions than the given ones, but you can repair the existings, refill, if your commands keep alive.
you can get dongning, wladivostok, marine bravo and ussurisjk pretty fast, the last one is doable with helo assasinating the cv; but better is if you deny the retreat by having any commandless part in spassk-dalni when you attack ussurijsk from wladivostok.
thats the eay part. now you have several days pause to reinforce tank divisions and some anti air from vladivostok, you have only few days if you defend the helo reinforcement instantly, and more days if you retreat a bit. if you have the vladivostok anti-air regiment (the stronger one), the helos are easy, if you only have ground troops, you have hard time to snipe the cvs with the weak helos you may get.
the t80 you fight in the best case with your chon ma ho 1 and 2, if you have 20 at one sector, you can defend the shturms and t72, ignore the range, just attack move. planes are a minor danger. if you defended bolshoi kamen, and attack to nachodka, backup with anti air is neccessary.
I also managed to snipe dat thing down in kawalerowo with the stronger helo force, because enemy had no spawn in start sector and I could win the campaign with bypassing the huge battle. but you need to attack kawalerowo then before they start to nachodka, because you have no way to pass the area otherwise.
the campaign needs a skilled working-together of your forces, but has much assassinating weakness, which is a bit harder with the weak helos, but doable. each time you click on end turn, you get political points based on the zones you already captured, but only the strategic zones give points, with a number next to it, others give none.
