shows fire orbs orbiting around Cain. Likely a devil room item (Cain has 2 heart containers but also picked up rotten meat. Might've been a pill. Might've been a deal with the devil. Can't find it in the Antibirth wiki.
Eraser is back with a charge? Pretty sure this was already shown before though.
Map seems to have a room with a new icon. its the one above and to the left of the room cain is currently in

Robo-baby's lazer seems to have a new visual, not sure if that was known tho.

Nice insight, wondering if the fire item is a Devil Deal item. It does look to be that way. The icon is a Planetarium, which is a room that is guaranteed to have zodiac items. All laser visuals were updated, this has been known for a while. The item is not Eye Drops, it's Tropicamide. It increases tear size and range. Eye Drops, thankfully, still exists, but I don't know where it is.

Broooo what? It's not hard at all! In fact, I think it's a perfect sample that the game is a lot more of a bullet hell in this DLC.

Apparently Kilburn was responsible for the delays. He wanting the game to be more than just porting antibirth, so he wanted new floors (dross and ashpit) thinking it shouldn't take to long and other stuff. He also said he wasn't good with estimating deadlines. Hope that helps with your question.
