Weird room with a shovel in dark room

I was playing with the lost and i saw this room, is somethinbg special?

What like the shovel item is in the middle of the room? I think that's a room you can get, if you use the shovel item (We need to go deeper) on those patches of rock you might find in the dark room you will dig up a chest

The special room is part of the unlock process of a specific character, known as The Forgotten.
The first step is to have killed the Lamb at least once on that save.
Then, on a later run, kill the boss of the first floor in less than one minute. You should hear a specific sound.
Next, go back in the starting room, and place a bomb anywhere.
You should be able to figure out the rest. Just one piece of advice: run.

I unlocked him, but sometimes when im in the dark room this "special rooms" appear

You can use We need to go deeper on those patches on the ground and you will dig up a chest
