The Void portal chance after beating Mega Satan

I had already gotten into The Void 4 times in a row by killing Mega Satan, but on the 5th time, instead of a portal, the game ended.

The Russian wiki says that the chance of a portal after Mega Satan is 100%. In English it's 50%.

Which is correct? Was I very lucky before or did something prevent the portal from spawning?

Quite lucky, i argue,

I think the Russian version refers to Repentance+ where End game bossess, (Mega satan. ???. Lamb, and Mother) Always spawn a portal.(Mother is strictly Rep+)

They did change it for Repetence+ to 100% after some of the late game bosses but I think it is still 50% if you don’t have the latest DLC.
