I can't go to alternative floors

friends, even though I beat hush 10 times, the alternate floors didn't open, what should I do?

Only thing that comes to mind would be if you are not doing your runs on hard mode

Mmh... Just to be sure: when you go in the secrets menu (main menu -> stats -> secrets), what's the total number of secrets written at the top of the screen?

178: only Rebirth is installed.
276: Afterbirth is installed.
403: Afterbirth+ is installed.
637: Repentance is installed.

your save is gliched, its pretty common, you should delete the local saves on your pc (normally are saved in documents) and just let the steam cloud saves, it should work. luck
