high imput lag in matches

I tried the update with a friend, and noticed that the input lag is really noticeable.
I suppose that is is because me and my friend are playing from LATAM.
So how is it for you people from usa and other countries?

Yeah. It's just the way their netcoding is implemented. Honestly hoped for rollback netcoding but I think that would be a bit advanced for this game. The closer you are to the host the less input lag there will be so try to play with someone closer to you.

The game does feel pretty much unplayable when you have input lag, you can't really dodge or control you movement precisely. I probably won't be playing it again.

Same here, even with ppl living close to me. It is like remote play together or even worse. Not worth it for now.

Surprise surprise, when you decide to cancel the beta, you get no feedback so you cant improve the game

Either you were the host, or the host was very close to you, or you simply aren't good at feeling input lag.

Same. I played with my brother in the same house and it is practically unplayable. We're also in Latam. It feels like it is server based, but that wouldn't make sense.

Played some rounds with my sibling who lives with me, share the same internet and everything. They were the host, but I was experiencing lots of input lag as well. I don't think they noticed cause they're new to the game but it was difficult carrying a new player with the input lag. Really disappointed, was looking forward to playing this but I guess they still need to fix it :/

I have a little input lag in my first game, maybe the servers are busy. Im from spain // En mi primera partida he tenido un poco de input lag, pero he podido jugar mas o menos bien, obviamente es diferente a hacerlo en offline pero tal vez los servidores estan saturados y no esperaban tanta cantidad de gente. Soy de españa.
