Logros con mods / Achievements with mods

Agradezco si alguien sabe si se pueden usar algunos mods específicos y poder seguir consiguiendo logros. En mi caso, llevo 40 horas y me gustaría tener un mod que me diera solo información de los objetos, sin querer usar mods que me dieran alguna ventaja que hicieran la run más fácil. Sé que hay páginas web que me dicen los objetos pero tener que buscarlos cada vez se me hace muy pesado y aburrido y he llegado a un punto donde me gustaría jugar con la información en el propio juego para poder aprenderlo todo sin tener que forzarme a mirar en otras páginas. Sorry if this is wrong but maybe try using external item descriptions? I used to use it and it gives info on all items in the game with hidden effects aswell. It also has support for some mods. Most people use it (i think) so it should help.

Unlock the Womb on that save (first Mom kill). Once done, you can use any mod you want (as well as the debug console) and still unlock things.

If you see a crossed out trophy symbol on the left (meaning "no unlock in this run"), disable all mods and make sure the debug console is disabled as well.
Check here how to enable the debug console, just put it at 0 instead of 1 to disable it:
