Items not being unlocked properly

Before I say anything, I don't even know what 'mods' is. So no, I didn't use any mods.
And I didn't have any items that makes me other character after death.

I got the steam achievements but not showing in the Collections. Anyone having similar issues?

Full story -

I just spent hours working on unlocking steam achievement 'A Bandage' (collect 4 ball of bandage in one run). That was the last achievement that I needed for Platinum God and Real Platinum God. And yes, I got it but guess what? I didn't get the PG or RPG achievements.

I checked my collections, and there were few things missing

-Godhead (Clear everything with The Lost in Hard mode)
-Missing No. (Beat Boss rush with Lazarus)
-Dead Dove (Angel room item?)
-Super Bandage (just finished it)

I did finish everything in Hard mode with The Lost and Lazarus and yet those items are not unlocked.

When you unlock all items, they don't show in your collection right away, you have to FIND them ingame after you unlock them in there, completing that is the way to finish golden and platinum god for the respective items.

And apparently Godhead can sometimes be an absolute pain to find.
Some people find it straight away.
