how do u face blue baby as a boss?

[Punishment_Fatal]

You have to get the Polaroid item from the Mom fight (by beating Isaac 5 times) and then carrying the Polaroid al the way to the golden chest after the Cathedral (after beating Isaac). After that, you go through the Chest level and the final boss will be Blue Baby.

Beat Mom's Heart 9/10 times to unlock It Lives, then beat It Lives to get to the Cathedral all the time. Then kill Isaac 5 times and then you need to take the polaroid off Mom and beat Isaac again. Touching the Chest will take you into the Chest level, the boss will always be Blue Baby.

I was saying final as the last and only boss in the Chest (beside the sub-bosses)...

But, for the purposes of getting to ??? for the first time, yes :p
