i looked at his youtube channel and he is up to episode 196 and still has only the chest as the lost done.
episode 183 he tried to go for the lamb as the lost but he died in boss rush and came back as dark judas and it would not have mattered because he was playing on normal mode and didn't even realize it.

I got no idea who this guy is but it shouldn't be hard to at least see if he has the unlock achive on a profile. Im not going to bother either way about it. Don't care all that much.

If i wasn't doing binding of isaac the exploit way, i would have probably got all the lost achievements by now and not have 650 deaths and 76 mom kills. I only managed to finish it lives and satan with the lost..
