any difference between this and the ps4 version?

Im thinking of rebuying isaac on the pc. got it on the ps4 but i havn't figured out how to route the sound to my mixer from my new tv(new tvs these days dont have RCA's anymore ) so i can play the game late at night when everyone is asleep hehe.

i do like how easy it isto use the map on the ps4 but just curious if there is any difference between teh versions. maybe faster patches or something. idk :)

Faster patches for sure, but there's also the ability to scale your resolution to whatever you want, keyboard or gamepad controls, and modding ability.

The overall game is the same though, so if you feel it's worth buying it again even just for a little convenience then feel free.

There is no real difference between the two gameplay wise. For I am unsure about patch times, however I do know that the psv is far behind in patches right now.
