Black Lotus

Hey guys, just got a new item called Black Lotus, it gives you one of each heart (Red, Blue and Black) i think this item is the most rare in the game
I have 160h of game and found it for the first time now

For me the rarest is the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Raw Liver, i know that it appears in secret rooms, but so far i have only seen the Black Lotus.

Dont be a ♥♥♥♥ dude! He is trying to help people in case they have a hard time finding it. Ok so it's unlocked from the start but still only in secret rooms and people have low % of finding it.

I don't think it's rarer than other secret room only items. Though all of those are pretty rare since it is rare for the secret room to have an item.

No it's not.
I found black lotus a few times, and Transcendance was extremely hard to find for me. Transcendance, 1-Up, and maybe Missing no even are rarer. (In My Experience)
Opinions, they are a thing that exists.

I still can't find Black Lotus or Sacred Heart for the collection screen, rerolled everything in their pools until dinner multiple times and yet they still haven't shown up.

if we are talking about the secret room pool, black lotus, transcende are equally rare to me. only showed up 1 time both of those. And I had to break the game to get black lotus lmao.

IMHO, black lotus is not the most rare. To me it's Steven.
