Best and Worst Synergies

a silly synergie i had recently was Crickets Body+Parasite+Spoon Bender+Soy Milk.

The entire room was flooded with bullets and enemys that did not die immideatly in the barrage of tears got pushed into the edge of a room where they could barely do anything to me

Moms Knife + Bob's Brain.

Just... don't.

Ugh! Anti-grav + Azazel tears.

I love:

Soy Milk. Hands down my favorite item in the game. My favorite base combo to go with Soy Milk is Libra with Spoon Bender.

Hate:

Mom's Knife + Tammy's Head. Ugh.

Killed me a couple of times : Fire Mind + Soy Milk + Crickets Body

Magnet Tears, Ipecac, and Monstro's Lung.

It creates a vacuum cluster-♥♥♥♥ that pretty much insta-gibs everything

Anti-grav + My reflection. The tears kinda follow you around loosely like guppy's hairball until you let go of the fire button. When you let go, the tears get a boost of shot speed and are flung outwards from your body.

I had a funny run with the Parasite, Tiny Planet, and Mutant Spider once.
On another run, I ended up with Technology 2, Monstro's Lung, Ipecac and Spoon Bender.

Don't ever pick up Tiny Planet if you have Monstro's Lung. Just... don't. Mom's Eye or Loki's Horns with Ipecac or Dr. Fetus is also a recipe for disaster.

I got cricket's body with quadshot and proptosis and rubber cement. It was a short ranged explosion of tears that wrecked anything standing in its path. Unfortunately I picked up experimental treatment and that somehow ruined everything.

[Ossium]

Mom's Knife, Brimstone, and Spoonbender. For those that don't know, Mom's Knife will overide Brimstone. However, when you throw the knife a barrage of other knives will fly across the screen after the initial one. Combine this with homing and you have a way to clear rooms of any enemy pretty much immediately upon entering.
Brimstone, Anti-Gravity, and Strange Attractor is also very good. As the Strange Attractor will draw all enemies into the Brimstone vortex that Anti-Gravity makes and trap them there until it fires.

As for bad ones, Ipecac and Rubber Cement is a terrible idea.

Mirroring tears + magnetic tears just ruined my OP run. I picked them up due to a curse of blind in the chest floor.

Best: Tammy's Head+Godhead. Everyone knows about the Brimstone synergy, but this one is nearly as good and is insanely cool.

Worst: I think that My Reflection+IPECAC is one of the worst, but there might be others that I am forgetting...

Best: Brimstone and Control tear, you get a ring of death that kill everything in its path!
