Dice room in challenge ?

Can you find any dice room in the challenge , the suicide king is ♥♥♥♥ and i wanted to know if you can find the dice room that reroll you ?

yes, I believe I beat a couple of the challenges by getting rerolls on my items.

Suicide King is the only challenge I used a dice room for. And I beat it on my first reroll

If you are really having a hard time and want to ´cheese´ the game, brimstone/knife overrides ipecac and you get poison damage too so devil deals can break the challange easily.
