Double tech seed on first floor

first floor basement XL, in 1 item room there is tech 1 and in another tech 2
on the third floor there was x-ray glasses.. and then i died to gurdy jr.. so dont know what lies ahead..

Pretty cool. Reminds me of a run I had found tech1 & tech2 in a devil room in red chest on shoel.
