What does Monstro's Lungs do to Azazel?

I kind of ran into Monstro's Lung in an Azazel run in the Boss rush room, however, i'm scared to pick it up and ending up with the Lung doing nothing, can someone tell me if the Lung works with Azazel?

It's overridden.

IIRC it makes his charge time longer, but I can't be certain. According to the wiki, Brimstone overrides the lung (which technically isn't what Azazel has, so I could be wrong).

Monstro's lung overrides the Azazel brimstone. Not sure about the regular brimstone.

What, Azazel's brimstone stayed?
Though i might be misremembering it, i'm pretty sure monstro's lung overrides azazel brimstone, pretty sure it did for me....

It seems it worked like a Damage Up, a LARGE damage up

The Damage up might've been Proptosis tho

Well, it turns out, it was Proptosis all along, and the Lung does nothing, rip

I'm doing a run with Azazel and got monstros lung. At first, I thought it was overriden as well, but it turns out it's not. You actually end up with multiple short brimstone lasers. Try this, walk next to a wall and shoot the laser along it. You can see the beams impacting the wall at different points. So in a way it's a damage up. However, the charge time is a little over four seconds long, so I'm not liking the combo.

In repentence shoots out a couple brimstones instead of one at the pretty much same shot speed.
