Someone help with some secrets I'm missing?

I finally got the only stupid achievement based entirely on luck ~ bandage girl and meat boy from a Sharp Plug, Unicorn Stump, Monster manual, blood donation/slot machine farming. (Was lots of play time looking for that and playing the lost. About 30 hours between these achievements and my last one.

Anyway, If you have unlocked almost all, or all of the secrets, I need help finding out what a few are so i can finish off platinum god, then wait for that lucky lost run for the Real platinum god. Gotten to boss rush three times and died each :c

The one I am missing are 69, 84, 129-133 (assume are lost related), 156, and 175.

Either 69 and 84, or 156 and 175 are the ones im looking for, if you know them, I'd appreciate it.

Also, keep in mind that every secret is paired with a Steam achievement. So you can just browse the global achievements list, see which ones you don't have, and go for them.

Its weird because I have all the secrets aside from the lost, and I've found all items cept lost.
