Reliable method of getting Angel Rooms?

So, the only item that's missing for me is the Godhead and my problem isn't even that it's a rare item in the Angel Rooms, but more that I almost never get any Angel Rooms at all...
For the last five runs or so I never had any deals with the devil (and in two of these runs I even had the Goat Head), but I still get zero or maybe one Angel Room between Caves/Catacombs and Womb/Utero.
I know the Rosary Bead increases your chance of finding one and the Goat Head makes it more likely to get a Devil/Angel Room at the end of the floor, but I still seem to have incredibly bad luck. Are there some more methods to get them more often or maybe even a strategy to get the Godhead as fast as possible?

I think they can be tied to soul hearts as well, but I don't know if that was ever confirmed.

Only other hint I can give is that if you have the D6, you can use it to reroll a key piece from the angels into a second angel room item.

Well, I'm already doing that (if I find an Angel Room), still no luck so far, but thanks for the reply.

Another possibility I was thinking of would be to use the D4/D100. Maybe I'm lucky and get the Godhead by doing that, dunno.

i am not entirly sure, but i seemed to have heard about special/super special rooms to have the same item pool like angel rooms.

I would suggest getting yourself a Judgement card and using it in an angel room trying to get some drops, same with the blood donation machine and so on. You then need to reroll that item.

I used to be lucky and got Godhead from Eden (he started with it, just when i have unlocked it)

Really? Had that during my last run (since Catacombs 1 I believe) and I only had Devil Rooms.

Angel rooms can only spawn if there was a devil deal on the previous floor AND you didn't take it. http://bindingofisaacrebirth.gamepedia.com/Angel_Room

Angel Rooms are found by DENYING devil deals on a previous floor.

if a Devil Deal is made, Angel Room spawn chance is instantly drained to 0%.

Not taking damage during the bossfight and floor will increase chances for both Devil Room and Angel Room to spawn

You can find Angel Rooms more often if you find the Rosary, Bible, Rosary BEAD, or Bible TRACT.

Having an item from the Devil Room spawn pool (MARK/PACT/BRIMSTONE) will not effect Angel Room Spawn chances.

The Joker Card can also take you to an angel room if the floor has an angel room.

AND Krampus, red chests, and black hearts DON'T count as devil deals. So you can take those/kill him

Play as Isaac, if you do get an angel room, don't reroll the angel's item straight away if it's not godhead. First bomb the angel and kill it, then reroll. the key pieces can be rerolled into angel room items.

This and also don't take red heart damage. Refuse ANY item, chest, or heart devil rooms give you.

Well, I know all of that, thanks, I just hoped there would be an even better method, but it doesn't seem so. It really is frustrating if you don't get any Angel Rooms at all even though you fulfilled all conditions.
Still no luck so far, got at least one Angel Room during my last run and even rerolled both the key and the angel item twice (I had the Goat Head, so I could get the battery and reenter the Angel Room), but well... Only 100h+ and I maybe get that item!

Watch out for those items that say "sin up" and also I'm pretty sure just having black hearts adds to the sin stat.

Wrong. Chests, hearts, and the boss don't affect angel rooms. ONLY devil deals.

Black hearts do raise your sin stat.
