Tips on the Challenge, "When Life Gives You Lemons?"

So for a while now, I have been stuck on the challenge, "When Life Gives You Lemons" for the Card Against Humanity , and I was wondering if you guys had any tips to complete it!

Well, this challenge plays to Mom, meaning it isn't that difficult.

Once your Lemon Party pill is gone, it pretty much plays out as a vanilla-run Isaac to Mom, which i wouldn't find difficult, but to make it easier, you'll be able to use Lemon Mishap once per floor.

If you are having troubles, my advice would be to stock up on money, go for shops and if it's something like the Champion Belt, i'd recommend that.

If you can get Brimstone from a deviil deal, it synergizes very well with the starting items, Number One, greatly reducing charge time for the beam.

My tip is.... TO MAKE LEMONADE!!!.....
If that fails then just use the lemon misshap ability in each room to mop up most of the enemies and don't get hurt while focusing on getting some good tears since lemon misshap is a great spacebar item already.

Dunno what the problem is, its pretty much a normal run, only without treasure rooms. Lemon mishap actually deals nice dmg.

You also start with all the battery items in that run, too, don't you?
You could find a really good item with two or three charges?
