0 BABY - THE LOST
Anyone knows what the 0 BABY does? ( unlock by defeating mom's hearth/it lives with the lost)

it's a co-op baby. with Every character if you beat Mom's heart in hard mode, you will unlocks co-op babies. They are not actual items.

this co-op baby is unique, this baby cannot be killed, however should you leave the game and come back, he will be gone.

Oh ok. Ty for infos, so getting this baby is random? I mean, if you push strat button the baby disapear, then you push again and it appears, but it's an other baby

Nope, same one untill that one dies. At least I think that's how it goes.
Co-op mechanic is a bit odd...
And there are some weird babies you can get. Esp. the one with it's head tilted like 90°
