Prayer Card vs Book of Revelations
I have to choose on one of these two spacebar items. If someone doesn't know each 6 cleared rooms i can get eternal heart (with Prayer Card) or sould heart (with book of revelations). Kinda tough choice i'am playing as Azazel. What should i keep.

I'd say if you have over 6 heart containers, book of revelations, 6 or under then the prayer card.

Book of Rev always, red hearts are ♥♥♥♥.

Book of Revelations if you get hit alot and Prayer Card if you don't.
