the other day i was in a shop i bought bffs and it gave me a fly and it said bif friendly fly has this happened to anyone else

there are 2 items... 1 is BFF (big friendly fly) and the other is BFFS! which makes familiars bigger... u sure u got the one you thought?

Uh guys, BBF is the right one for the friendly bomb fly, its Big Beautiful Fly.
BFF is the one that makes your famillars stronger.

It's actually BBF. I believe it stands for Big Bomb Fly but I'm not sure.

I mean, sure, it can ruin runs, but it can also win runs. Its a nice damage source if you're starved for damage.

Yeah, no. Bob's Brain is utter ♥♥♥♥. NEVER pick it up. It is not useful in ANY situation. Its only purpose is to make you blow yourself up. It is a troll item.

You don't seem to understand what pyromaniac is. And it can be good if you're desperate for damage.
