Fullscreen not working
I'm using a 1360x768 TV, and I can't seem to get the full screen to work right. The best I can get is the linked picture below. I've tried everything I can think of, from making it my only monitor connected, restarts, etc. Anyone have a fix or experience this problem?

Man, i fixed exactly this issue.
So, you should go to you game folder, go to options of isaac-ng, there find "compatibility", there you should find a line about "resolution" and "textures' (dunno how this line wrote in English, because I use Russian version of Windows), check the box and find the lyne "System", choose it and save.
Helped me.
Wish it'll help.

Go down to options and disable fullscreen. Then re-enable it. This usually fixes the game to the entire sccreen size, but can occasionally resize to a bit larger than the screen. I haven't figured out how to fix this other thing yet.
Good Luck :)

It always resizes to what I showed in the image. :(

Sometimes I adjust the windowed version so that the left corner of the window matches with the screen. I dunno if this helps anything, but can't possibly be worse.
The author of this topic has marked a post as the answer to their question.
