Is there any special effect when you collect all three: Body Mind Soul in a single run?
I've heard a theory that collecting all three makes you invincible...but probably not.

Kinda dumb idea, but if there was a transformation it should resurrect you as The Lost on death.

You get 3 Lifes:
First you Die ... you start as ???/Blue Baby
Then ... you start as Isaac again.

No, when you die you respawn as Isaac, and every enemy is a mulliboom and you can only die from them, then you respawn as maggy where every tear you shoot spawns a troll bomb on top of you, then you respawn as judas and 3 times every room moms foot comes down, then you respawn as azazel and everything with a health bar is satans second form, then you respawn as the lost.

Seriously isn't that amazing, it's just good utility and some defense. You still won't stomp without offense.

Oh, sorry, I swore it gave PhD, might've had it when I got The Mind.

The Mind gives the identification effect of PHD, but does not ensure good pills

If you get all three then you've picked up three really powerful items, with the body equivalent to three hp ups, the mind equivalent to getting the compass, treasure map and blue map and the soul being one of those items that helps a lot to keep you alive.
