I got it because I had the Wafer, Mom's Knife, Polyphemus, Infamy and a emperor card on the chest.

Well, I got it with a fantastic Ipecac run, and killing everything fast enough that I hardly had to dodge.
Apart from that, I would have picked it up eventually just through getting better at recognising enemy patterns and movement.
Or getting some broken combo, like Gnawed Leaf and Daddy Long Legs, or Brimstone and Tammy's Head, or Brimstone and Ludovico. Seriously, play enough and you'll end up with a run so good that nothing can touch you.

I got it by having Guppy+Lord of the flies+Hivemind + tons of tears up. Bosses couldn't even blank for a sec before got destroyed

Seriously im just 5 achievements away for plat god and these achievements are crazy like dead boy or the cubes/ bandages from horsemen.

I think I got dead boy through a bug :/ I didn't take damage when I was fighting the lamb, but I did take damage in several rooms in the dark room.

I think i should just play on normal with azazel and restart until i get the gnawed leaf and pray to Robert that i get some sort of attacking familiar.

Well, just get to the Chest with Starter Deck, Emperor Card and Chaos Card, and don't suck - easy as that.
Maybe get Blank Card and Battery to make it even easier.

I'll either tryhard with azazel,or just play naturally,i literally have only 5 achievements left for plat god that are mostly based on luck/patience,i can finally play normal mode just for fun.So i may get them naturally.

Like so often it basically comes down to luck... I got it without even trying on one of the first runs, so if you just keep playing you'll get it eventually ^_^

Looks like you still need to complete the lost achievements.
How about you do these first on HM? there's a fair chance you'll end up getting dead boy by completing them.

OH YEAH I GOT IT BUT GUESS WHAT HAPPENED DOUBLE ADVERSARY! seriously that room needs to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ removed it's insanely cheap and annoying,thats my dlc suggestion,remove that piece of ♥♥♥♥ room,FOREVER!!!

I did this by literally taking no damage or hits... when I got to the lamb I was like... wai... I haven't collected a heart in 3 floors and am still on full health!

The best thing would probably be blank card + emperor card. Use blank card on sheol/cathedral to go to boss fight then on dark room/chest use emperor card. Good luck on getting those tho.

As for adversery, his homing brimstone is still telegraphed, you just won't have enough time to avoid it if you are standing still. Rotating him helps a lot... just annoying if he goes into a corner, more so when there is two and one of them is in a corner. His homing brimstone also has difficulty catching you if you are diagonial from him. There are far far cheaper things that can catch you out, I.E. explosive leech in Satan fight.
