Guppy's Head or Book of Belial
I'm in a fantastic run right now, been using the belial absolutely dominating bosses with it, but I just found guppy's head. Which should I keep?

Keep the Belial but touch the Guppy's Head for progress towards the Guppy transformation.

Belial appears to guarantee devil rooms in addition to its very useful active effect.
