Mega Satan unlocks

I've just beat Mega Satn for the first time (Blue baby+sacred hear + damage ups).
Is there no unlock for beating Mega Satan? I didn't get any achievment or anything.

All you get is ending 16, which in theory you do need to get platinum god.

You need to do it with "The Lost" on hard

Beating Mega Satan with The Lost doesn't get you anything. You need to beat boss rush, The Lamb and ??? (and obviously the bosses before them) with The Lost on hard mode in order to get 5 items you need for Real Platinum God.

I was actually really disappointed that i wont ever fight Mega Satan again
I mean only ending 16 thats it ... no achievement no unlockable ? That was a huge bummer i cant believe they didnt make anything for it
I mean some would pick other characters to do it but i think the devs thought the fight is a bit hard to force the players to do it with all characters but at least with 1 character that gives 1 unlockable/achievement not just one ending ... i know you need it for platinum god but still

Ya just beated it. Was really sad to not unlock ANYTHING, not even a little "tag" near the other one to show that I killed it with Judas.... It wasn't even that hard, BUT was really fun.
The only thing that did damage to me was the other monster he spawned...
