I get teleported out of the room randomnly! Why is this?!

Well there are two items you could've picked up...

Cursed Skull - Link to item[bindingofisaacrebirth.gamepedia.com] - When you take damage on when you have 1/2 a heart of health left, you will teleported to a random room.

Cursed Eye - link to item[bindingofisaacrebirth.gamepedia.com] - Gives Isaac a charge shot which can fire up to four high speed tears. There is a chance of being warped out of the room upon taking damage. This does not happen if the damage doesn't come from an enemy (e.g. own bomb). Teleport will only trigger while you're charging the item

Oh no, items appears as a red question mark! Why is this?!

You have a curse called Curse of the Blind active on the current floor. This will make all items in rooms/shops (apart from consumables) appear as a red question mark. The Rune of Dagaz can remove this curse when used.

Oh, no...I can't see my health?! Why is this?!

You have a curse called Curse of the Unknown active on the current floor. This will make it so it doesn't show your health. The Rune of Dagaz can remove this curse when used.

Oh no...there is no mouse in Rebirth! Why is this?!

Oh no...The Lost isn't unlocking for me! Why is this?!

Well...You can use the seeds for the first three parts, but for the last part DO NOT use a seed.

1) Die to a Mulliboom (the popcorn looking guys with a bomb stuck in their head that chase after you) as Isaac in the basement/cellar
2) Die to your own bomb as Maggie in the caves/catacombs
3) Die to Mom's foot stomp as Judas
4) Die to Satan's second stage (The part after The Fallen, so where he shoots tears and brimstone shots) as Azazel

This MUST be completed in one single session. If you mess up during any part you will have to restart from the beggining to reset the sequence.

This leads to a free item or to a Black Market. But BEWARE, the trap door in the Black Market will lead you to the next floor whereas the door on the left will help you exit into the current room you came from.

If it DOESN'T have a ladder then it will lead you straight to the next floor.

Oh no... what did this dice shaped room do!?

This is a dice room; it will reroll something, depending on what number is displayed:
1 - Rerolls all of your upgrades. (D4)
2 - Rerolls all pickups in the room. (D20)
3 - Rerolls all pickups on the entire floor. (D20 for every room)
4 - Rerolls all podestal items on the entire floor. (D6 for every room)
5 - Rerolls/Restarts the current floor. (Forget Me Now)
6 - 1, 3 (and maybe 4) combined. (D100 for every room?)

Oh no... what is this rainbow poop?

It's full health, one time use only. Highly useful for farming Blood Donation machines and Devil beggar.
Maybe there is a chance for additional effects, we aren't sure yet.

Oh no... where is my achievement for beating Mega Satan

There is none. Not for any character.
All you get is the final Ending, which you only need for (Real) Platinum God.

Will add more if any other things are posting that frequently.

The trap door only leads to an item/the Black Market if there is a ladder, otherwise it leads to the next floor. This is important since Ehwaz can spawn both.

Thanks for this post... also, if you have the black candle unlocked, picking that up will remove whatever curse you have/prevent curses on future floors.
