Stats bug?
Ok, so when ever I get an all stats up item (the halo, Magic mushroom, etc.), it only ups some certains stats but not all of them. today I got the halo and it only uped my health and range. another bug it that sometimes my stats get capped and dont go up anymore like they should (not health). is this a bug in the latest version?

Not a bug, the bars are not a exact representation of your stats

yea but once I had my tears stat at 3 and I got 3 tears up pills and it didnt do a single thing.
